Our five founding specialists bring together decades of collective experience across both the public and private sectors. We hold joint appointments at Prince of Wales Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick - two of Sydney’s most respected public teaching hospitals - and maintain private consulting and operating privileges at leading private hospitals throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

Dr Sarah Forsyth, Dr Chi Wang, and Dr Chris Lehane are highly regarded specialist breast surgeons with deep expertise in the surgical management of breast cancer, including wide local excision, mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy, and axillary surgery. They are committed to oncologically sound outcomes while working collaboratively with our reconstructive surgeons to plan procedures that achieve the best possible aesthetic result alongside cancer control.

Dr Marc Langart and Dr Rhys van der Rijt are specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeons with particular expertise in breast reconstruction following cancer treatment. They have both completed subspecialty training in microsurgical reconstruction of the breast overseas. Their work spans the full spectrum of modern reconstructive techniques, including implant-based reconstruction, tissue expander protocols, and complex autologous (own-tissue) reconstruction using procedures such as the DIEP (deep inferior epigastric artery) flap and PAP (profunda artery perforator) flap. Their focus is restoring both form and confidence — with results that are natural, durable, and tailored to each patient.
